HELP – Instructions

The ACMG/AMP criteria are organized into main categories and become activated based on the disease/gene-specific rules. Evidence can be evaluated by starting with population and variant type data and working toward the subtle ones (i.e., functional/prediction and clinical data). Futhermore, Cardio-SM incorporates the combination rules and scores for each criterion, enabling classification of variants by considering both the standard and the point approaches.
